Top up prepaid hosting balance
Top-up is now fully independent. You can create a recharge order without choosing a risk tier, and optionally route the credit into an existing order or billing wallet.

Billing model
- Top-up and MT5 submission are now separate steps.
- The worker reports MT5 balance every minute after launch.
- Fee per minute = current MT5 balance x 0.12% / 1440.
- If prepaid balance reaches zero, the backend returns a stop signal and the worker should stop the MT5 instance.
